How to put custom site offline message or image in Joomla 3.0?
Most of us OR I can say all of us want to put an attractive website offline message while we are working on website from Joomla back-end. Joomla has lots of settings to do before site goes live so it's recommended to put site offline message.
Now, question is how we can do that? It's actually easy in Joomla 3.0 to put site offline message with custom logo image. Here are the steps to do this:
Go To Global Configuration
First step is login to Joomla admin panel and click on system menu and go to Global configuration.
Modify Site Settings
From Global configuration, go to site settings and select "YES" for Site Offline. From here, you can change your site name as well.
Write Up Offline Message
You can see there is a field called Offline message. Select "Use Custom Message" for this field and at below of this field, you will see Custom message where you can enter a custom site offline message.
Upload Logo OR Custom Image
On the same page, you will see Offline Image field at bottom. So Select a custom offline image OR upload a custom offline image that you want to set.
Once you're done with above steps, Click on Save & Close and that's it! Go to front end and check it out. Contact us if you've any questions...
